Project Highlights: You will be required to assist in establishing a new crop economy for small farmers. You will be involved in planning, monitoring and establishing an Agri- processing facility where the farm output can be processed to meet better business and market challenges. If you are serious about bringing a positive change in the lives of the farmers and dedicating your time to be a part of this change, come forward and get involved.
Project Location: Guwahati, Assam
City / Village: Cluster of 50 villages atGuwahati/Sonapur.
State: Assam
Project Duration: Ongoing
Project start date: Ongoing
Language Preference: English
Experience required (If any): Experience in financial management, administration, fundraising, E-Commerce and food processing.
Qualification: Masters in the above field preferred
Attributes/Qualities Required: Willing to learn, enthusiastic, self-critical
Period of volunteering opportunity: One month minimum
Age Range: 18 and above
Accommodation details: Can be arranged depending on facilities needed. Options include a hostel or as a paying guest with food.
Meals: Can be arranged.
Transportation: Pick up from accommodation to project site. Scooters or motorcycles can also be arranged
