Singer Beyonce Knowles, the Global FoodBanking Network, and Pastor Rudy Rasmus Join Forces with Aidmatrix for State-of-the-Art Virtual Food Drive to Feed the Hungry of Ethiopia, India and Turkey

DALLAS, TX - October 23, 2007 -- The Aidmatrix Foundation, Inc. launched a Virtual Aid Drive™ for The Beyonce Experience's Global Anti-Hunger Drive with Pastor Rudy Rasmus to raise funds to feed the hungry of Ethiopia, India and Turkey. The funds will be donated to the Global FoodBanking Network and used to purchase the food items for people in need. The public is invited to make donations at http://www.aidmatrix.org/beyonce.

This unique partnership leverages the latest technology in online fundraising drives. Aidmatrix' Virtual Aid Drive™ allows the donor to choose from a shopping list that is approved for each country. The Global FoodBanking Network can leverage the donation with its bulk buying power to acquire the food and coordinate delivery logistics in the local country.

"Reaching out and touching lives is incredibly empowering. That's why I want my fans to experience more than my music. I want them to experience the joy of making a difference by helping someone else," stated Ms. Knowles on Pastor Rudy Rasmus' Touch1.org website.

By donating money rather than items donors can ensure that each dollar's purchasing power is maximized. The dollars donated go further, as non-profits can often save up to 78% off of retail costs for food purchases. Donors also get the confidence of knowing they are providing the The Global FoodBanking Network with the goods that are needed most, not items that will sit on a shelf.
