Our Community engagement is a human-centered approach that focuses on understanding and empathizing with the needs, challenges, and aspirations of communities. From empathizing to understanding needs, challenges, and aspirations we work to define and ideate with creative solutions that are generated through stakeholder brainstorming and ideation techniques. Through this process we collaboratively identify potential solutions and tangible interventions with communities to gather feedback and refine solutions. This iterative process helps build viable solutions. We ensure solutions are relevant and meaningful for the community with a powerful approach for engaging and co-creating solutions that address needs and challenges for positive social impact.
Partnerships for development in India’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) sector are significant for establishing effective partnerships for development through CSR in India include. The collaborative partnerships for CSR help establish shared goals and objectives to align with the needs of all stakeholder’s missions and visions. With defined roles and responsibilities including resource allocations and support each partner has a crucial role to create positive change. Trust and communications help facilitate the partnerships through regular meetings, progress reports, and all possible communication channels. These feedback mechanisms help scale and replicate successful partnerships by leveraging the resources and expertise to create sustainable solutions that benefit the wider communities.

Social and behavior change communication (SBCC) is the purposeful use of communication strategies to influence shifts in knowledge, attitudes, norms, beliefs, and behaviors. SBCC also known as “Communication for Development (C4D),” is an interactive process in which individuals, groups, or communities develop communication strategies promoting conscious attitudes to achieve optimal health outcomes. These behavioral changes, appropriate to their societal settings are crucial in order to raise awareness about the most pressing health issues.
In this process, the objective is to create a supportive atmosphere that will allow people to begin, develop, and maintain beneficial & desirable behavior outputs. SBCC strategies are based on well-established behavioral intervention theories and models. It takes a methodical approach which begins with primary research of the specific social settings and behavioral analysis of the people. This progresses through communication design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Beneficiaries are carefully segmented, messages and materials are pre-tested, and mass media (including radio, television, billboards, print material, and the internet), interpersonal channels (such as client-provider interaction, group presentations, and community mobilization) are used to achieve defined behavioral objectives. India is vulnerable to disasters be it floods, storms, droughts, cyclones, earthquakes, snowfall or avalanches. The scale and intensity of disasters has and is increasing over the years. The present lack of an organized information system for disaster response to match needs at District, State, and National levels with partnerships of Corporates, Government and Relief agencies is required. Thus the need of the hour is to operate a supply chain management system that would connect the local Needs with available resources i.e., human, financial or products impactfully and immediately for and at times of disasters.
